The 2014 Grady-White 283 Canyon is a versatile, performance-oriented center console that combines Grady-White's renowned offshore capability with an impressive suite of upgraded electronics and comfortable seating for family, friends, and serious anglers alike.
Power comes from twin Yamaha 300 HP four-stroke outboards, with 764 hours. The boat offers an excellent combination of cruising efficiency and performance, cruising comfortably at approximately 35–40 mph while returning roughly 1.5–1.7 MPG at 3,800–4,500 RPM. At wide-open throttle, the 283 Canyon is capable of approximately 48–55 mph, depending on load and conditions.
The helm has been upgraded with a modern Simrad electronics package, featuring dual 12-inch Simrad touchscreen multifunction displays paired with a Simrad radar dome, providing an excellent command center for navigation, fishing, and offshore operation.
Comfort and versatility are also highlights of this Canyon. Cushioned seating throughout the bow, helm, and stern cockpit provides seating for 10+ people, making the boat equally well suited for offshore fishing, cruising, entertaining, or family days on the water. A custom Isinglass helm enclosure with spray curtains provides additional protection from wind, spray, and changing weather conditions.
